Over reaction to negative comments made by the FDA. Their was much anticipation for ARIA's drug Iclusig, 11% of the patience experienced negative side affects so the FDA put the testing of the drug on hold while in phaseIII clinical trials. My opinion is the drug will be off hold under these conditions:
1.) Smaller initial doses for Patients 2.) Routine testing of the heart
ARIA has already penetrated Europe and has had positive results. Which leads me to believe this was a huge huge over reaction.
