no, they were granted exclusively to NNVC "in perpetuity" for the specified viral diseases. (Glad you let us know this was not one of your unfair and dishonest questions).

Because the licenses to NNVC, for which Diwan is president, were for viricides only. The discoveries may be applicable to any number of therapies, all of which may be added to NNVC's arsenal of licenses.
