No More CD Converted shares
It is not rocket science here, the supply of converted shares has stopped per management.
The past 2 years have seen 700 million shares dumped into the market to pay down that $14 m debt and fund operations. The MM have had free run of the stock, with the CD holders taking any price for the shares, and going back to the company and getting more, the cheaper the price the more shares they had the company issue.
That was an ugly time for shareholders but if you were paying attention you should have millions and millions of shares tucked away for the future run which has begun.
