So why did Theracour owned by Diwan sell stock? They've raised plenty of money. Theracour is a nonentity except that it is to owned by Dr Diwan and has billed and been paid close to $9,000,000 by NNVC. Add it all up it makes a great case for a scam. I didnt say it was, but your comments sure help make the case it is.

Also who is Dr Diwan? What great accomplishment is he known for?

As I've said earlier I've been here long enough and I know both sides.
