Banro management has pulled a rabbit out of the hat trick!Assurance that all funding is met in a financially responsible way and having no negative impact on common shareholders is a major success. The biggest concern many investors expressed was a potential future funding shortfall and how that would be met. If you dissect the terms of the deal, Banro management has been able to achieve increasingly better terms, the first two loans they had from the local banks were at 10% and now the current 10 million dollar loan is at 8% ! Banro is quickly becoming the poster child for stability in central Africa, and the consistently lower interest rates shows competition among banks to lend. This is a sweet deal announced today, not a pump of any sort, it's a sure sign that John Clarke is on track to bring us booming success! I'm so happy that management is making the right decisions and is willing to walk a tightrope of financial engineering to keep us common shareholders whole.
