Look at the chart. It's popped in Oct. the last few years. I'm not saying it's going to or not going to, just saying that historically in Oct. it's popped.

not just pumpin! read the chart for the last few years, also note the higher lows and highs anymore ?? pull up weekly chart and hit reset and look at the last 4 Octobers and Februaries!!
