before it become a criminal investigation in the United States Of America

That is always a possibility, regardless of what happens with Valentine.

based on Core drilling and then a Feasibility study however this has been done years ago and most of the information would be correct !

I have yet to see either. Do they exist? Does anybody have the actual core logs? Or the core? Or a detailed geological map? Sure isn't much available for a "World Class Barite Deposit"!!

Is there any sign of barite on the other hills? I thought you had said in a previous post that the reason nobody has done much with the other hills is that the barite is confined to the current vein only. Which would make sense geologically, as it is the hill abutting a large igneous intrusive.

Again, a detailed geological map would sure help MBMI make their case that they have a "mountain of barite". Or it would make the case that there is no other barite other than the current vein being mined - which probably explains why they have not made one available. It wouldn't take a geologist more than a day or two to do a recon-level survey of the other hills to see what is there.

Hukoyo, just for the record once again, NO company officers are posting here!! I was wrongly accused of this myself. I am an investor!!

If a lawsuit is filed in the United States, be prepared to spend some real money. Attorneys get paid $250-$600 per hour here. And they love to rack up the hours.

Valentine spent 3 months on site. Mabwe has spent over 2 years on site analyzing the property. Geologists from all their partners were combing over hills 1-6. I am sure they have "watered" every tree by now on site! Valentine confined himself to hill 1 which represents less than 10% of the mine now.

There are even some pictures of the geologists from baker on mabwe's website for all to see. But most investors were not listening or analyzing this. Fortunately I was.

Let's be honest, Valentine is not stupid. He understands the value of the mine. And so do I!!
