They did the gravity mapping and geology there!!

BHI did the gravity and geology? If so, then MBMI is the one that took BHI's gravity map and applied that ridiculous label "red=barite and green=limestone" on it.

I am sure that a company with the stature and sophistication of BHI must be a bit disgusted with that, and not very pleased with the obvious misuse of the data (even though it was limited to a map, with no supporting explanation or data).

Also, you make a leap of faith to say that "They [BHI] felt LARGE scale mining was appropriate." Did BHI issue any kind of statement saying that? It takes little effort for a company like BHI to issue a MSA for buying barite. No risk to them, but MBMI has sure made good use of the MSA in an attempt to establish credibility based on the BHI name.

"Remember mabwe would own the other 50%!!"

Actually, MBMI would only have a 49% SHARE in the other 50%.

Don't forget that the Gurupiras own 51% of the mine. It was "gifted" to them by MBMI. Actually, MBMI PAID the Gurupiras to take 51% of the mine! { 8^D

Gurupira has already shown a propensity for cheating his "partners", that's why Slashwood had armed government soldiers evict him from their properties. That's why he sold his 10% stake in Slashwood to the company and that's why the company had to declare that 10% stake WORTHLESS!

ROTFLMAO!!!!
