Because read into the news huge potential for FDA to clear things up. Its partial not full the drug wasn't stopped and scrapped. IMO it could rebound nicely not to upper teens but possibly lower soon even with just a partial since the trials are still going on. If they said its scrapped which this got dumped like it did then no way I would have stayed in it
