It makes INO look dependent on Roche partnership for success. Wrong. It says all of INO work is early stage. Wrong. HPV is near completion Phase II. It says dilution is likely when INO is currently funded into 2015. Wrong.
Not very reasonable when no mention of double digit royalty potential and other candidates in pipeline. 400mil in milestones mentioned but more can be provided, complete funding thru phase 3. None of this mentioned. Probably not a hatchet job but the writer either biased or not very well informed or is short. In regards to share price, who knows. A lot of shares outstanding and this has been totally manipulated on low volume as of late. Sell the news. Market has been in a funk. A lot of reasons. All speculation of course.
