That's not a bad strategy. Not necessarily that Intel screws up, but the way the market has treated AMD, I wouldn't be surprised to see periodic spikes in the stock price over trivial things like Dell rumors, etc.

I think I'd save my money. They've been executing well lately. Of course, there is that chance. I think you're right about hanging on, there's a chance that AMD will show good results, but it's the continuation I'd worry about. I admit, I missed this one and it was fairly obvious, I was just tied up in other things and didn't keep enough COH. I also think that although good, the report will be somewhat mixed (good revenues, not enough share gained, future in doubt). But you never know...

One thing that does bother me is that from the runup, someone knows something...
