I understand that. However, presumably, the PR originated with WafR, so in what way does exchanging common shares for preferred and converting them back again at rates that do nothing for the shareholder actually "help" investors, much less do anything for the company? How does lowering the market cap (when you have just as many shareholders as you started with) do anything to position the company to "to take advantage of strategic opportunities to upgrade and develop innovative software products." HUH???

I do not get it.

Unless Teresa and Cyril are going to be claiming AGAIN that someone outside their control is producing PRs...
