There is a section in the same filngs that discloses all past splits and all pending splits, there are NO PENDING splits filed. The SOS of Nevada shows no split filed, which is where it would appear first before filing to FINRA for approval, no filing. The only split coming here is the eventual Reverse Split when this trades to No Bid X .0001 and goes illiquid.
