It is not in an SEC filing, it is an error on an OTC Document that is not reviewed for it's accuracy. They cannot affect a 300:1 forward split, this has been discussed a thousand times, the PPS would be .00000000000003 per share and the AS would have to be 1.2 trillion... lol....

no it's not, DHSM is a Pink Sheet stock and does not file with the SEC.

it's sad to see scams like DHSM preying off naive and inexperienced investors.
