If you have cash nows the time to buy. I'm holding till $15-$16. GRPN made my books pretty red today. It's been a while since I added 10's so not that bad of a day.
As long as we don't play with any 9's we will be OK.
IF we head towards 9 I will need to stop loss because I don't like where its heading, all because of the government.
