The split was as of June 30th 2013 and was regarding the Common Stock. The addition to 4 billion shares was done afterwards.

DHSM - If a forward split has been approved and has in fact occurred, then we would see 300 times the amount of shares we were holding on the record date.

Not seeing such a corporate actions item in my account as of yet.

A company cannot forward split only some of the common shares. It must be applied to all common shares.
