And do you think that Riad was redeeming any of that interest? He couldn't do anything with them. He would have cashed those and ran if he could but since he couldn't do anything with them, he exchanged them for common and preferreds in an american company. He will liquidate and get whatever he can from his shares. Now CDFT is in possession of them. Perhaps under an american company they can do something with them, but if they can't, we as investors just got our common diluted by a partial amount of 700mm
