Unfortunately, it's a combination of everything. I for one am fed up by this management team. There were a lot of people against the RS, but maybe we now know why now they decided not to buy back shares instead. They'd have less cash to defend these investigations and clearly we would be non-compliant again with the decline. I wonder if Ray and team knew this could happen which is why the opted for the R/S. Yes, I'm thinking the worst because this company has done NOTHING since I owned it to prove otherwise.
