I have not seen anyone post the restraining order but even if it exists it has no bearing on this case nor does any prior litigation unrelated to this case. The suit is about the ownership of the mine, not the character of PV or anyone else.

You can't decide to include in your filings after a judgement has been reached or mid-way through trial. Once a case has been filed and the company informed of pending litigation, if the outcome could materially impact a company, then you need to disclose to investors that there is ongoing litigation.
