Agreed. Failure to update production news will cause serious unease because of recent history. Rauber promised transparency but delivered silence because he had no positive information during his failed tenure. Continuing silence will inevitably tend to a conclusion that the the improvement so eagerly anticipated after p3 announcement has not been sustained. ex.
