it is always a question of supply and demand. for instance ce is a light RE currently selling @$ 6.5 kg when more mines come on line supply will outpace demand and the price will come down. you need the right minerals, a place to separate the minerals from the ore, and customers to buy the product. I believe Quest will address these three components very well.
