money, none of your points are valid

in determining the value or integrity of a company. To say someone is a fraud because they don't file early or file by the due date is ridiculous.

The downgrade to limited is also not the lowest level. It was also done for a legitimate reason. Changing fiscal years is done quite often in the accounting world. It's also the valid reason they have not filed in six months. Their 10k is not late.
