You are correct.. form t trades are usully brokers like scottsdale capital or others like the vertical group or alpkne... however.. form ts are generally dumped during the day and then resold in the forn t to original seller acct... for example.. those 125, 000 shares where shorted then sold back to the acct holder.. there fore the broker makes double his money.. its illegal for any broker to do this as the generally taoe a commission and therefore can not make money of selling your stock in the spread..and if your broker does that they can get I trouble depending on your inital setup of commissions... this doesnt happen for retailers but for those with shares in a secondary brokerage acct it will like scottsdale or alpine... so I guess my theory of insiders dumping yesterday is true...lol
