that wasnt a trade at the close. OTC market makers DO NOT HAVE TO DISCLOSE THE TRADES THE MAKE UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY. This means an MM can buy and sell shares all day long and does not have to report the tranactions until after the close. Sometimes they may be selling or buying all day and take an average price of all transactions and report that after the close.
Actually that popped up on my screen 10 minutes after the close Fri. from .059 close to .0535. They called it a T-trade, out of sequence by an MM which is frustrating but legal in OTC land.
