Lets assume for the sake of argument that you are right. That there will be a more clarified position. Maybe even news that forty or fifty of the doo-hickeys have been sold.

That news would be good for a pump spike of maybe a buck fifty.. pretty good return for a short-term trader but zilch for those that have held long for a long time.

All they have is the one doo-hickey, even though they are claiming, or hinting, multiple uses for that one doo-hickey.

There is still wishful thinking and hoping for a thing-a=ma=bob that the Guvmint will buy for homeland security. But wishes and hopes are not much good on the market-place.
