IMHO too many undetermined factors for me to really say! My figures are estimated based on the October presentation. Which (in itself) is an estimate.
will the company put aside 33% for financing ?
will Quebec actually tax @ a rate of 35%?
how much will Plan nord contribute to the infrastructure?
will the company give JV partners a 20% discount on the price of the REE.
Will global warming allow for longer annual production time?
Will the JV partners want stock or a discount on the price?
these questions are still to be determined
At this time my best quess was what I posted in 2337.
QRM has stated it will be posting it's prefeasibility sometime this quarter and some of these questions could be answered
