Per Vringo, CAFC oral argument will be 1Q14. Assuming a speedy and favorable ruling by the CAFC, Vringo's will receive an initial payment from past damage award to the amount of at least $31M in early 2Q14.

I think an additional $31M to the existing its COH is more than sufficient to continue the laches, workaround, jury error correction, and future damages battles (this is to assume that the CAFC order the lower court to revisit laches and jury presumed error).
