I don't know where you are getting the 70% of revenue figure.
From the deals that I have seen, a post-approval marketing deal splits the gross profits between the partners. Figure gross profits to be in the 70-75% range, then Insmed would give up ~35% of the revenue.
Yes, still less cash than the dilution, but it's a valid question of whether then potential profit is worth going outside their expertise.
