Thank you for your professional option. I read a lot of posts. I learned a lot from you.

Two things:

1. what will happen on 17th. Again and again, I emphasize on this date. I do not know what will happen in future. But I know WDDD will win on 17th to get a markman date. This is enough for me.

2. Will WDDD win markman? I will say yes based on my understanding.
But I will not be disappointed by settlement. Why? With the settlement, WDDD have everything ready to hunt for next big fish.


That is my option. Might be wrong
