Hi This is Andy Theronier,

I understand we are not a premier promotion firm, but trust and believe that we did everything in our power to bring interest in this stock, the problem we were facing is that everything that was promised from Simeo we never received.

We were told that their would be a major press release in a few weeks and to make sure investors were aware of this. It turns out that there never was a press release and the investors we spoke to started to ignore us. We received calls about, some people even picked up shares when the stock was at 20 and lost money, they sent us emails on how wrong we were about this company.

I am surprised that you are still holding shares in this company. We still did not receive the stock certificates for our services. We met with Tom Simeo back in June and explained to him our concerns and he again re-assured us that a major press release will come soon.

We have since moved on and started working with our investors on a much more direct approach. We have a new client with a much greater opportunity. We are helping raise money for a drug company going public in the next 6-10 months. The question is can theysurvive being brought out by one of the many major pharmaceutical companies aggressively pursuing them. Even then that's a home run.
