EXACTLY, and also anyone who knows, if they are insiders of the company they can not just dump stock...

if the stock is sold in note form, it can not be sold rigth away if its from an affiliate either.

How high is the A/S right now? No one really knows for sure, with all the BS going on in this POS how could anyone know.

Let's not forget WSRA still OWNS 56 Million Series E Shares, and after they were burned by the previous CEO in GDSM, I am quite confident they are trying to unload that (840,000,000 Conversion) of Common Shares to the lowest bidder. If you recall, they sold 4 million of them to a poster on this board for $50K, that poster then converted them at a 15:1 ratio, and then sold the 60 Million Common Shares into the A/S about two weeks later after the BS financials and "Merger" news came out over a year ago. Now shareholders are being told to disregard them as the new CEO has stated, in not so many words, that they were fraudulent.

Backing these frauds at GDSM is being as fraudulent as they are. Shameful.
