If you mean that someone says "buy XXX" and I just buy it, then I would say no one. If you mean are there people whose tickers I evaluate or whose advice I would solicit, there are a couple, you being one of them.

For every buyer, there's a seller and both always think they are making a very astute move when, in most cases, at least one of them isn't.
