Nothing available from cdex but BS

SEC filings state both of CDEX's ValiMed systems provide a recurring revenue stream. I believe both the CCT and the VG4 are described as being alive and well.

I suspect they only need show the VG4 working with various drugs in various bags, vials, and syringes to have trade show success continue to grow. The CCT is still available from what I see, but it seems the VG4 is positioned to eclipse it entirely.

Where in that cutout from the filing does it say that the g4 is providing revenue? Where on the web site does it say that one can obtain a CCT? What is it you "see" that convinces you that the CCT is still available? Have you talked to your friends at cdex about why the CCT is not longer available? What revenue is it that you believe the g4 is providing? You should ask the X employees about the CCT and why it's not available anymore(see the bumfield cdex bankruptcy filings for a list of names and addresses) . Or better yet contact Baxa and ask them why it couldn't sell the valimed. Or you could ask cdex why the unsold CCT's were in the junk room and being parted out and sold on Fleabay.

What recurring revenue???

That statement is "forward looking" How can a device that isn't on the streets provide recurring revenue????? The only recurring revenue from the CCT might be the cuvettes, but that's not much. I'm afraid that there is no fixing this. I would love to see what your actual loses with cdex over years are, care to share them???
