Lanob, very valid points. If EFP completed as much as I suspect they did, in fact some filings could occur sooner than later. Would not be surprised they appear via EFP audit with more formal explanation of separation agreement. A PR at this juncture of time is appropriate and would calm the fires as they say. Wang can and should give shareholders an update and can be done so without breaching any confidentiality agreements.
