The management has already mentioned in last year November PR that they will need to have both non-GLP and GLP studies conducted at BASi. But today's PR seems to indicate that the non-GLP study will be conducted at KARD instead, while the GLP one will be conducted by BASi. Why they need to do a non-GLP study? I have no idea; perhaps someone here can answer.

Snippet from last year's PR:

The Company has designed the toxicology and safety pharmacology studies that will enable the IND submission and the first-in-human clinical trials of its FluCide® investigational anti-influenza product. BASi will conduct the cGLP and non-GLP studies as required (cGLP = current Good Laboratory Practices).
