They can consolidate SJAP as long as they are the primary beneficiary and control the board. Nothing changes after the spin-off, although it's probably safer if you own 50%.

Am I to conclude that more than 45% of the $50M investment in the slaughtery came from SIAF (us investors) and if so why hasn't our stake in SJAP been formalized?
