Nice job quantifying what most of us feel. Waayy undervalued. In particular your questioning the zero value of future (in progress) drilling is telling IMO.

Thanks Daniel

Amazing how the interest in AOI is growing now.

Taking a bullish crystal ball view on all this would take us into figures probably double where Daniel is.

Still an amazingly cheap entry level in a bull's eye.

Thank you for sharing your very detailed analysis. I for one do not have time or the technical expertise to put it together like you did.

I have always had problems with trying to put a value on the inventory yet to drill and whether the funds (in the bank or could be raised) to drill everything are available.

Your total of SEK 412 ( USD 64 @6.42 ) through December 2014 is a very nice target.
Your figure for the recoverable resources known today of SEK 78 ( USD 12.15) is about 33% higher than current trading.

Assuming continued good drilling results and no major political disruptions on the world scene the company appears very undervalued.

Thanks again for your time, analysis and especially your willingness to share.

Hi Dan, welcome. I have to say I came to a very similar conclusion last year when Tullow first said Nagamia was of similar structure to their Uganda wells, but much more pay. I looked at every single Uganda well that was published and realized Ngamia was the biggest they had seen. Based on last years numbers, I came up with a very large number of barrels just for Ngamia. That's when I put 95% of my portfolio into this company. It is still there and has grown, though no where near as much as I anticipated it would. I think the coming months will start to change that, but then again I said that last year.
