Plus IMSC has the patents for the non-radioactive technology. Smiths/Morpho will just write a check and buy IMSC outright to gain the patents to profit off of the current 2nd generation ETDs as well as their third generation. Reminds me of Microsoft buying Nokia. Who ever would have thought that?
