nlightn: Well it was published by the honorable folks at Calypso Wireless on their web site publicly, so it was intended to be seen by the public. By including "confidential" at the top of each page, it would appear the strategy is to persuade the naive, that they have indeed stumbled across some "confidential" insider only information.

maybe you wouldn;t want your competitors knowing every single one of the fluaws that you percieve and have corrected in your software.

You would however want it on the website so that interested parties on the buy side couls access it easily.


The link was not apparent on site, it was probable advanced googled.


Thus it shouldn;t be publicly posted for all to see.


I hope a big black man puts is dirty part in all the bashers butty part.

um, i guess no one read my post, if u look at the date this
corresponds to when things were heating up w/ the summit etc

i also said management didnt want this document to be released
but at the urging of engineering they released it, its the
original paper that was originally confidendial, its a pdf
file that was probably its original form when distributed

they'd have to go back to the word or wordperfect document
and remove the word confidential then generate a new pdf
its enough of a hastle

ppl even in companies need to be reminded that documents
are not for random distribution but all you guys know that
u r just being intellectualy dishonest and throwing up a
sham rage
