Great and very clever question received from shareholder. "Are you right now in the United States or are you in Costa Rica?" Whether I am in the US or in Costa Rica is not relevant, our attorney has Power of Attorney on the PPA and can sign as required. I would prefer to sign this myself after so much effort, but we are set up so that we can sign at a moment's notice. That is what is in the best interest of the shareholders.
