#14586 RE: Tinkerer #14585

I have just a minute to respond to #1. Though the lawsuits are currently separate, I fully expect Worlds to file its answer in CA, followed by a motion to dismiss and a motion to consolidate the new lawsuit into the pending matter in Boston. I am 90% confident the lawsuits will ultimately be consolidated and 80% confident the they will be consolidated in Boston. I need to review the federal rules of procedure that apply to the consolidation of cases, as well as the applicable case law. But if my memory serves me correctly, later-filed cases that involve similar issues and parties will be consolidated in the court where the first claim was filed. This gives plaintiffs the benefit of choosing the venue.

Enjoy your weekend.

Thanks for the resonse.

That is great and no reason the judge wont accept the Cert. plus set a meaningful date within 60 days.

Again, it was not less than 6 months ago that WDDD was within a month of a Markamn date in court. The judge in this case and the defendant should be prepared as NOTHING relevent has changed since June.
