Good points but remember someone is buyin those shares...and the other side of the coin is it can't be those same small investors.
When Frost's buys became public there were a lot of momo players following him. They're leaving now, too.

Has there been another instance where Frost sold a small position but kept the majority of his shares?

Well this scenario has gone on now for 2 weeks. If this was a pump and dump we would be at 5c now. As of Monday we had major positive volume and stock went up 10c or so. The fluctuation was more. This is a positive situation. This stock seems to be in reversal and is going up. Having its best day today with positive volume has to answer alot of questions and should make investors feel good. :o)
