Follow Up Note:

OTC Markets has been updated to reflect the 2nd QT disclosures – one week ahead of the estimated schedule cited in the President’s (Ken Chua) October 3rd address (Matters of Transparency & Confidence). Management will now focuse on the 3rd Qt along with completing the ‘Long Form’ so that Oriens may receive the OTC Markets designation, “Current Filer.”
