I'm saying that Heddle will protect his own money, just like any business person would.

The myth that's being "infused" to common shareholders, is that if Heddle loses, common shareholders lose, therefore Heddle is no fool by virtue of having $3MM to invest, therefore common shareholders are in the clear and can rest easy.

Shareholders who are relying upon the above notion, might as well jump headfirst into the beast as free feedstock.

So you are suggesting Mr Heddle has an ulterior motive to infuse 3 million dollars of his own money on his way to bankrupt the company and bring down all the shareholders? That sounds logical.
