It WON'T since a boat load bought in around that point. It will be manipulated like this until it gets into the .01 area IMHO and slowly grows from that point.
Obviously we will have a " run " here and there but they will be short lived as in the past and the PPS will sag after each and every one. This will be on it's way once the 1/2 cent barrier is broken, the PPS grows a few tick's daily and the day traders start leaving.
