This stock has a long, tired history of not coming through. Look at a chart over the past 15 years, and you will see nothing but lower highs and lower lows. And for a good 15 years (and TWO reverse splits).

Is it "different" this time? We just won't know until it happens. But the trend is the trend, and until this outfit finally turns things around, I wouldn't count on anything.
