If you mean the link about the the ferry project being revived, please note that happened when the Tourism Authority of Panama presented the project to Spanish shipping company Acciona Trasmediterránea. Peter's private Pan American Seaways Panamanian shell corporation is no longer in the picture.
The whole incident is reminiscent of the debacle with the hotel ship for the Korean Expo. They were relying on Peter and he didn't let them know it wasn't happening either. He just kept telling them it was delayed.
That's the way Peter operates with press releases as well. He makes these grand announcements with huge revenue projections and then never updates shareholders that it didn't happen. The 9/4/13 Turkish charter cruise is an example.
