Now that we have #CNBC on watch calling don't be surprised if they report more of these unwarranted movers in real time .
Bottom Line is 2014 will be a risky year for the old school penny stock manipulation games.
The SEC has formed a 3 tier task force as of June 2013 including the CQRA ~
