When merger happens and if LCC is at $20 then AAMRQ shareholders will get both cash and new AAG stock equivalent to $9 per AAMRQ share they own. American Airlines Group will be name of the new company and stock symbol AAG.

LCC = AAMRQ
$12 = $.94
$14 = $1.09
$16 = $2.80
$18 = $6.01
$19 = $8.76
$20 = $9.23
