I agree except for the thing about blue sky breakouts not happening with crap stocks. Yes they do. We have all seen massive moves in companies that in the end turn out to be nothing. Several years ago I was in one that I can't for the life of me remember the ticker, but it went from around .03 to the .90s and is now a friggin ghost. I'm always amazed when I see penny stocks of a company that has nothing but rumors and promises sky rocket, while good stocks meander slowly upward. But all sky rocket price moves of a POS company always come back down to nothing. That's the difference with NTEK. Up almost 24,000% from its 52 week low and holding. I've never been in such a penny stock.
